Due to the nature of remodeling/construction, it is reasonable to expect the unexpected. With that being said, Huntington takes every precaution to minimize the disruption in your life.

The average kitchen remodel takes 6-8 weeks and the average master bath about 5-7 weeks. Timing will, of course, depend on factors such as project type and scope.
Once these factors have been defined, your project developer will devise a timeline with specific dates outlining each phase of your project.
Your budget will also depend on a variety of factors—your project type/scope, remodeling goals, needs and design preferences.
Check out the 2021 Cost vs. Value Report (West South Central) to see the average cost of upscale remodels in our regional area. Please keep in mind this data should be used as a reference point and not as an official estimate.
We also offer a variety of financing options to make remodeling your home easier and more convenient.
Yes! We are focused on building lasting relationships with our customers and will go the distance if unexpected issues arise, which is why we offer a comparable warranty that aligns with our new home building division. Additional warranty information can be found in your contract.
Our clients can easily submit warranty requests through the homeowner portal—click here to login.
At Huntington, we believe in the power of three. You will work with a designated team comprised of a project developer, an interior designer and a project manager that will help guide you through each phase of you remodel and provide their respective expertise. Our team approach centers around creating a start-to-finish plan that will enable your vision to come to life.
As with most things in life, communication is key. Our web-based project management platform is a major component in making our process as transparent and streamlined as possible. With instantaneous access to your project digitally through this tool, you can stay up-to-date with weekly progress, upcoming priorities and any outstanding items or meetings, allowing you to plan accordingly and carry on with your daily life.
There is no better time than now! Having your home under construction is never convenient, but we do our best to make the process as seamless and unobtrusive as possible, as well as to deliver quality results that exceed your remodeling expectations.

Yes, many of our clients choose to remain in their homes during the remodel—we use several containment and remediation methods (i.e. HEPA air filters) to reduce the amount of dust and debris that makes its way into your living spaces and we clean each day before leaving.
We do recommend being away on demolition day due to the noise and for your safety. You can discuss this with your project developer, but ultimately it is up to your discretion.
We will always do our best to accommodate your requests, though changes are likely to slow down your job’s progress once the construction phase has begun.
Our client portal allows homeowners to easily approve change orders online. Log in to your portal here.
